Hello, you magical being! I’m Lauren.
I support soul-led humans, like you, in journeying deeper in their healing and awakening to access a more expansive connection with their divine self so that they may experience the life their soul is here to live in this lifetime.
My work here began with my own healing and awakening journey … and as life tends to do when you’re following your intuition, it led me down a path my mind never expected but my soul always knew I was headed for.
I found the practice of tapping quite unexpectedly… And after years of therapy and other conscious healing work, I started using tapping to heal and clear the doubts, fears, beliefs, and trauma my body was still holding onto on a deep energetic, unconscious level. I began to feel more free and at peace and connected with myself than I ever thought was possible.
The very rituals I’m going to guide you through inside of The Clearing Codes are inspired by the practices I have used to change my own life. This work is deeply woven throughout my own life and I return to it often. Tapping has transformed my life from the inside out, and I’ve now had the gift of guiding hundreds of others through this work and watching them slowly begin to heal and awaken in ways that allow them to change their lives, too.
