My work began with my own healing and awakening journey 8+ years ago…
I was in the middle of doing lots of healing work and therapy when I found myself in the midst of a spontaneous spiritual awakening.
It felt like the entire foundation of how I’d seen and believed life to be was crumbling beneath my feet … because it was.
I was learning to see life through a whole new lense that felt more real and more true than anything I’d known before.
And quite suddenly I found myself simultaneously healing childhood trauma, learning how to manage anxiety that at times felt debilitating, reconnecting with myself and my own desires after years of shape-shifting and people-pleasing, while also connecting with my spirit guides for the first time, having out-of-body experiences, channeling, and awakening a whole new reality I had no idea even existed before.
That time of my life was both magical and deeply confusing…
I felt in awe of what I was experiencing and also struggled to trust and believe it.
It was also one of the most lonely times of my life, as I had no spiritual community around me.
It was beautiful and it was incredibly hard.
My own journey of healing and awakening has deeply influenced my work…
And my own divine connection with my Spirit Guides leads and guides so much of the practices and rituals I share.
I believe our healing and awakening go hand-in-hand…
They’re deeply intertwined and connected.
And I believe in creating spaces where the mess and the magic are always honored and welcomed and where we can journey together, as a community … because we aren’t meant to do this alone.
