The Alchemy of Tapping
— Practitioner Path
A practitioner-level training in intuitive facilitation, ethical presence, and embodied guidance
Beginning March 24th
Why This Path Exists
This practitioner path is for those who feel a genuine pull to guide others through tapping — not as a formula, but as a living, relational practice.
Here, the focus is not on mastering technique alone, but on how you show up in the space between you and another. How you listen. How you pace. How you attune to the nervous system, the energetic field, and the moment unfolding.
This training is rooted in the understanding that your presence is the practice. That intuition is something to cultivate, trust, and return to as a steady guide in your facilitation. That facilitation becomes most powerful when it is grounded, embodied, and responsive to what is actually here.
This practitioner path is designed for those who are already practicing tapping for themselves and feel ready to step into the responsibility of holding this work with others — thoughtfully, intuitively, and with integrity. It offers space to deepen your relationship with the practice, to trust your own way of guiding, and to allow your facilitation style to emerge naturally through experience.
Who This Path is For
This practitioner path may be an expansive fit if you already have a personal relationship with tapping — if it’s a practice you return to for yourself, and one you feel curious about holding for others.
It’s for those who find themselves naturally holding space in conversations, sessions, or rooms (coaches, healers, therapists-in-training, yoga teachers, reiki practitioners, and guides) or those who feel a quiet, steady pull toward this kind of work.
This path tends to resonate with people who care deeply about how healing happens. Who value safety, integrity, and pacing. Who understand that the nervous system matters, and that presence often does more than precision.
It’s for those who feel drawn to embodiment over scripts — who trust that facilitation is less about following the right steps and more about listening, attuning, and responding to what’s actually unfolding.
Many who feel drawn to this path are already on a spiritual journey and are looking for a way to integrate that knowing into their facilitation with groundedness, care, and integrity.
If you recognize yourself here, this path was created with you in mind.
How You’ll Learn to Hold This Work
This practitioner path is grounded in a methodology that treats tapping not simply as a technique, but as a transformational process — one that unfolds through the body, the nervous system, the energetic field, and the intuitive intelligence that guides change. At its core, this training is structured, intentional, and deeply considered — while remaining spacious enough for your own way of guiding to emerge.
You’ll learn how tapping unfolds as an alchemical process
In this work, tapping is understood as an alchemical practice, a way of working with emotion, energy, and awareness that allows what is present to shift, reorganize, and integrate over time.
Alchemy offers a map for transformation that honors process rather than forcing outcome. It invites patience, discernment, and respect for timing — qualities that are essential when guiding others through meaningful inner-work.
This framework holds the practitioner path without prescribing a rigid formula, allowing each session to unfold in relationship with what’s actually here.
You’ll learn to attune to energy, the nervous system, and intuition together
This methodology weaves together multiple layers of the human experience, bringing attention to the energetic field and its subtle shifts, flow, and resonance, while also supporting nervous system awareness through regulation, safety, and thoughtful pacing. It includes an attunement to subconscious language (listening beneath words to emotion, sensation, and meaning) alongside intuitive guidance that trusts what emerges in the moment and responds accordingly.
Rather than treating these as separate domains, this training invites you to experience how they inform and support one another, creating a way of facilitating that is holistic, responsive, and deeply attuned to the person in front of you.
You’ll learn to work within structure while trusting intuition
While this training is grounded in a clear framework, it is not designed to produce identical practitioners. You are not asked to memorize scripts or perform the work “correctly.”
Instead, you’re invited into a way of facilitating that is structured yet alive — guided by awareness, attunement, and your own embodied understanding.
What you’ve learned before is not overwritten here. It is welcomed, integrated, and re-woven through a deeper relationship with the practice.
You’ll learn to trust yourself as you guide others
This path is designed to strengthen your confidence as an intuitive guide by deepening your trust in your own perception, pacing, and inner signals.
Through this training, your intuition becomes something you return to as a steady guide in facilitation. Your presence becomes the foundation of the work. And your way of holding sessions is allowed to develop naturally through experience, reflection, and practice.
You’ll learn to follow the client’s inner-knowing
In this work, the client is understood as the deepest knower of their own inner-landscape. Rather than relying on interpretation or analysis, the practitioner learns how to listen for what is already present — in words, in sensation, in pacing, and in what arises between moments of silence.
Your role is not to find the answer, but to recognize it as it emerges. To sense when something wants to be named, when it wants to move, and when it simply wants space. Facilitation becomes an act of attunement — following the client’s system as it reveals its own timing, intelligence, and direction.
You’ll learn to guide through your own embodied presence
This practitioner path is rooted in lived relationship with the work. Personal practice is treated not as preparation, but as foundation — the place from which presence, confidence, and discernment naturally grow.
As you deepen your own familiarity with tapping, regulation, and inner-inquiry, the work becomes something you know from the inside. You begin to recognize the rhythms of activation and settling, the subtle shifts that signal integration, and the pacing that supports safety and ease.
Together, these elements create a container where transformation can unfold naturally — one that invites steadiness, patience, and trust in what’s already moving. You’ll learn to honor timing, depth, and the quiet intelligence guiding the process.
Over time, facilitation becomes less about doing and more about being with. Less about technique, and more about the way presence itself supports transformation.
What You Will Learn to Hold
This practitioner path is designed to develop how you hold space through tapping, not just what you do in session. The focus is on cultivating capacities that live inside your presence — capacities that shape how you listen, respond, and guide as you work with tapping, whether you are already supporting others or preparing to do so.
For some, this training will integrate seamlessly into an existing practice, offering a more grounded and attuned way of facilitating tapping alongside the work you already do. For others, it will form the foundation from which your relationship with guiding tapping sessions begins to take shape. In both cases, the emphasis is not on acquiring more techniques, but on developing a steady, responsive way of working with tapping that deepens through lived experience.
Attuned Presence & Relational Awareness
You’ll learn how to be with clients in a way that is grounded, responsive, and deeply listening — not just to words, but to tone, pacing, sensation, and subtle shifts in the space. Presence becomes something you embody, not something you try to perform.
Nervous System Literacy & Pacing
You’ll develop the ability to track regulation, activation, and settling in real time — both in yourself and in others. This includes learning how to pace sessions thoughtfully, recognize when to slow down or pause, and support safety without needing to diagnose or analyze.
Listening Beneath the Surface
This work strengthens your capacity to listen beyond content — to emotion, energy, and the unspoken layers that shape what’s emerging. You’ll learn how to stay oriented to what matters most without needing to “figure out” the client’s experience.
Ethical, Intuitive Facilitation
You’ll be supported in weaving intuition and ethics together, trusting what arises while staying grounded in clear boundaries, consent, and scope of practice. Intuition becomes something you rely on with care, not something you act on impulsively.
Working with Energy, Emotion, and Integration
You’ll learn how to recognize and support energetic and emotional shifts as they occur, and how to guide integration so sessions don’t end abruptly or leave clients ungrounded. The work continues beyond the moment of release, and you’ll know how to honor that.
Guiding From Where You Are
This practitioner path is designed to meet you where you are — whether you are already working with others or feel called to begin holding this work more formally. For some, it will integrate naturally into an existing practice, refining how you listen, pace, and attune as you guide tapping alongside other modalities. For others, it will offer a grounded foundation for stepping into facilitation with care, clarity, and confidence.
The Structure and Flow
How the Training Unfolds
This practitioner path unfolds over 14 weeks, with a steady rhythm that supports learning, embodiment, and practice without rushing or overwhelm. You’ll move through the work in a way that allows each layer to settle — giving you time to practice, reflect, and integrate what you’re learning as it becomes part of your lived experience.
The Flow at a Glance
Weeks 1–3: Foundational Embodiment (1 call per week)
You begin by moving through the opening weeks of The Alchemy of Tapping foundational journey, practicing tapping for yourself and cultivating a lived, embodied relationship with the practice. During this time, you’ll establish a shared language and experiential understanding of tapping — how it feels in the body, how it moves energy, and how it supports regulation and release — creating a common ground for the practitioner work that follows.
Weeks 4–7: Foundations + Practitioner Training (2 calls per week)
As the foundational journey continues, the practitioner path opens alongside it. One weekly call remains devoted to your personal practice and embodiment, continuing to deepen your relationship with tapping through guided experience and integration.
The second weekly call shifts into practitioner-level learning, where we explore how this work is held in the context of guiding others. These sessions focus on facilitation principles, ethical presence, nervous system awareness, energetic attunement, intuitive listening, and reflective discussion — offering space to begin translating your lived experience of the practice into the foundations of skillful facilitation.
Weeks 8–14: Practitioner Path (1 call per week)
Once the 7-week foundational journey is complete, the training moves fully into facilitation. These weeks are devoted to learning how to guide others through tapping with care, clarity, and discernment. We focus on ethics, nervous system awareness, energetic attunement, and intuitive guidance — alongside supervised practice, reflection, and integration.
This phase supports you in developing confidence and steadiness as a practitioner, bridging what you know in your own body with how you hold space for others.
Weekly Rhythm
Each week includes:
live teaching and experiential practice
space for questions and reflection
guided tapping and journey work
time between calls for integration and application
All sessions are recorded and available for replay.
Practice & Integration
Practice is woven throughout the training as a natural part of the learning. You’ll engage in personal tapping, guided peer sessions, reflective integration, and supervised practicum experiences — allowing your confidence and clarity to develop through lived experience.
Practice, Supervision, & Certification
How Your Readiness Is Supported and Honored
This practitioner path is designed to support thoughtful, embodied learning where practice, reflection, and care are woven naturally into the experience. Rather than rushing into facilitation, you’ll be invited to explore what it feels like to guide tapping with presence, pacing, and awareness, while staying connected to your own experience as a practitioner. This training is held with respect for the nervous system, for personal responsibility, and for the weight of working with others without becoming rigid or clinical.
Practice as Part of the Learning
Practice is an essential part of how this work is explored, not as a performance, but as a way of learning through direct experience. Throughout the training, you’ll be invited to engage in:
peer practice sessions: where you guide tapping and receive it
practice sessions with non-peers: offering experience working beyond familiar dynamics
personal reflection and integration: where you notice what you’re learning about presence, pacing, and attunement
These experiences are designed to support confidence, discernment, and clarity while honoring your own timing and readiness.
Support, Reflection & Feedback
You won’t be asked to navigate this learning on your own. As part of the training, you’ll have the opportunity to submit recorded practice sessions and receive thoughtful, grounded feedback from Lauren. This feedback focuses on how you’re holding space, including pacing, nervous system awareness, responsiveness, and ethical consideration, rather than on “getting it right.”
In addition, live practice labs are woven into the training for those who can attend, offering a supportive environment for real-time practice, reflection, and shared learning.
Ethical Awareness & Scope
This practitioner path emphasizes nervous system awareness, self-responsibility, and ethical clarity, while offering you a grounded, experiential approach to learning how to guide others.
You’ll be guided to:
recognize your own edges as a practitioner
develop discernment around pacing and safety
understand what feels aligned to guide and when to slow down, pause, or refer
integrate intuition with consent, care, and awareness
Intuition here is grounded in presence and responsibility, not used to bypass safety or overwhelm.
What Certification Reflects
Certification through The Alchemy of Tapping Practitioner Path reflects completion of the learning, practice, and integration experiences offered within this training.
It is an acknowledgment that you have:
engaged deeply with the material
explored guiding tapping through lived experience
participated in reflective and practice-based learning
developed greater clarity around presence, pacing, and care
Certification here is not about permission, hierarchy, or status. It’s about honoring the depth of your engagement with the process and the way you’ve learned to hold this work.
The Kind of Space This Is
This practitioner path is held as a sacred, intentional space — one that honors both the depth of healing and the expansiveness of spiritual awakening. It is a place where the nervous system is deeply held, where intuition is trusted, and where what arises is met with presence rather than force.
Within this space, tapping is explored as a bridge between worlds: a way of supporting the release of old wounds, patterns, and beliefs, while also opening access to higher guidance, intuitive intelligence, and non-ordinary states of awareness. Healing and awakening are not treated as separate paths here, but as movements that often unfold together.
This is a space for tapping practitioners who feel called to work with the full spectrum of the human experience — grounded in the body, attuned to energy, and open to the wisdom that emerges when we listen beyond the mind.
About Lauren
My relationship with tapping has been shaped through years of personal practice, lived healing, and guiding others — drawing from many teachers, modalities, and experiences, and woven together through what I’ve learned by living the work myself.
Tapping is not something I teach from a single lineage or fixed framework. It’s a practice that has evolved for me over time, informed by energy work, nervous system awareness, intuitive guidance, and the alchemical lens through which I understand transformation. What I share in this training reflects that integration — not as a prescribed way of working, but as an invitation into discernment and presence.
In this practitioner path, my role is to guide and support you as you deepen your own relationship with the work. I’m here to help you listen more clearly, pace more thoughtfully, and trust what’s unfolding — both within yourself and with the people you work with.
I approach intuition as a practice of attunement. Rather than offering answers, I focus on helping you refine your ability to sense what’s alive, what’s appropriate, and what’s needed in each moment. This training is designed to strengthen your discernment, not replace it.
What matters most to me is how this work is carried forward — with care, humility, and integrity. My intention is that you leave this training feeling more resourced in yourself, confident in how you guide, and grounded in a way of working that feels aligned and true to you.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to have completed the foundational path before joining the practitioner path?
When you join the practitioner path, the foundational journey is fully included. The training begins by moving together through the foundational path, giving everyone a shared, embodied relationship with tapping and a common language for the work. After the first three weeks, the practitioner-specific calls begin, building naturally upon that foundation as we move more deeply into facilitation, ethics, and practice. No separate enrollment is required.
Do I need prior experience as a coach, healer, or practitioner to join?
No, prior professional experience is not required. Some participants will come with backgrounds in coaching, healing, or other modalities, while others will not. What matters most is your lived relationship with your own healing and inner-work, your willingness to listen inwardly, work with your nervous system, and meet your growth with honesty and care. From that foundation, the capacity to guide others can emerge with integrity and presence.
Is this an EFT certification?
This is not a traditional EFT certification. The practitioner path teaches Lauren’s integrative methodology, weaving the foundational principles of tapping with nervous system awareness, energetics, intuitive guidance, and an alchemical lens for transformation. This training is designed to complement, deepen, or stand alongside other modalities you may already use.
What is the time commitment each week?
You can expect approximately 2–3 hours per week for live calls during most of the training, with additional time for personal practice, reflection, and optional peer sessions. During the overlap phase, there are two live calls per week; later weeks return to one call per week. Replays are always available.
What if I can’t attend the live calls?
All live sessions are recorded and available for replay. While live participation is encouraged when possible, especially for practice labs, you can complete the training even if you need to rely on recordings.
How does practice and feedback work?
Practice is woven throughout the training in a supportive, invitational way. You’ll have opportunities for peer practice, guided reflection, and optional submission of recorded sessions for feedback. Practice labs are offered live for those who can attend, and alternative pathways are available for those who cannot.
What does certification allow me to do?
Certification reflects completion of this practitioner training and your engagement with the learning and practice offered. How you choose to bring this work into the world, personally or professionally, is up to you. This training supports ethical awareness, self-responsibility, and discernment rather than prescribing a single way of practicing.
Is there ongoing access to the material?
Yes. You’ll receive lifetime access to all session recordings and materials from the practitioner path.
Who should I contact if I have questions about fit or timing?
You’re welcome to reach out via email at lauren@laurenfrontiera.com, and I’ll be happy to support you. You’ll also be able to schedule a free 30-minute discovery call with me, if that feels helpful.

Here, guidance is not about having answers, but about staying in relationship with the nervous system, the energetic field, the moment at hand, and the intuitive intelligence that leads change.
